All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page. jl96b does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's name. jl96b processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the withdrawal page, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. jl96b reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
All transactions on jl96b are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. jl96b is not responsible for currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jl96b reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee from the balance of dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform, after providing advance notice by email to the registered address. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support.

jl96b reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, jl96b may forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any real money balances associated with fraudulent activity. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through our support channels. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, both parties may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory bodies or courts.
